Manage costing, contracts and progress reporting for civils and drainage projects.

Tasks

-Keeping up to date with site progress, recording progress made, and transferring information onto monthly payment applications -Quoting projects and providing valuations -Reviewing project drawings, comparing construction drawings to tender drawings documenting any changes -Reviewing labour schedules and comparing to actual progress on site -Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope

What You Bring

-Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office) -Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness -Full UK driving license -Excellent analytical and numerical skills -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal -Must have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civils & drainage or associated industries such as; rail, highways, roads, sewers, drainage, groundworks etc

Benefits

Benefits: 25 Days Annual Leave, Pension Remuneration: £50,000 - £80,000 + Bonus -Working on projects ranging from £500,000-£5,000,000
