-Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Must possess the ability to multitask -Working knowledge of all relevant national and local codes and company and industry standards. -Must be detail oriented -Capable of reading blueprints and specifications -Reliable transportation to and from work required -Superior organizational and time management skills -Leadership skills a must -Great communication skills with crew as well as clients -Able to lift 50 lbs, twist, crouch, work overhead, climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces -Current Journeyman License (or Masters License) -OSHA 30 Certification (Preferred) -Must possess and maintain licenses that are required in the jurisdictions that you are working. -Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Journeyman in the mechanical/plumbing industry (Journeyman or Masters license) -Able to work independently or as part of a team -Thorough knowledge of all aspects of commercial plumbing, construction practice and safety procedures
