The Role

Overview

Schedule and manage trades for social housing repairs, coordinating communication and job tracking.

Tasks

-Logging multiple engineer work requests onto the in-house job management system and tracking each request through to completion -Continually liaising with trade Operatives, tenants and clients (local authority or housing association) by phone, email and live chat regarding updates on repairs -The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role scheduling routes and issuing jobs to engineers -Arranging parts or materials for click/collect where not available from usual suppliers -Running daily schedules for team of 5-6 trade Operatives (electricians, plumbers, etc)
