Maintain LV/HV distribution, 11kV generation, boilers and pumps at energy centres.

Tasks

This role supports a prestigious long-term energy supply contract in London, involving heat and electricity distribution from two Energy Centres. -Operation and maintenance of HTHW boilers and 11kV electrical generating plant -Mechanical maintenance of pumps, valves, water systems -Maintain health and safety documentation -Management of LV/HV distribution systems and safety document control systems -Write and apply risk assessments and method statements -Timely closure of PPMs and reactive jobs -Issue Permits to Work

What You Bring

-Confined spaces (ideal or willing to train) -Adhere to Permit to Work System -C&G Electrical Theory & Installation -Fault-finding and practical skills -Use of IT monitoring systems -Willingness to undertake LV/HV AP accreditation training -Electrical qualifications required -Electrical generation (essential) -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems -Pump/valve overhaul (ideal) -LV/HV systems (essential) -Understand supply contracts
