Design and release pump component drawings, BOMs, and related documentation using CAD and SAP.

Tasks

-Prepare initial/preliminary drawings for bidding purposes based on TSS (Technical Support & Sale) requirements. -Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for special pumps using SAP software. -Prepare and check pump drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as UG NX. -Prepare order against cross section drawing for customer submission. -Develop and release part drawings for key components including Volute Casing, Casing Cover, Impeller, Motor Lantern, and other major items for procurement and manufacturing

What You Bring

-Exposure to 3D modelling is must -SAP (MM module) awareness -Apply knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and pump fundamentals in design work -Exposure to Auto CAD and UG NX -Experience in pump development will be considered an added advantage. -Analytical Ability -Communication Skills -Exposure to Excel, Word, Power Point applications -Knowledge of Manufacturing Process including assembly, fabrication and testing -Possess basic understanding of materials and their properties relevant to pump components.
