Tasks

-Act as the key liaison to the Works Council (CSE), preparing documentation, coordinating consultations, and ensuring all statutory requirements are met -Deliver training for HR and business leaders on fair employment, labor law, and works council engagement -Partner with EMEA and global HR teams to align people practices and share best practices across regions -Support organizational changes such as restructures, acquisitions, and workforce transitions, ensuring effective communication and compliance -Lead associate relations matters in France, including investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution -Advise managers and HR partners on labor law, policy interpretation, and performance management

What You Bring

-Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken -Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred -Exposure to organizational change projects such as restructures or acquisitions -Deep expertise in French labor law and Works Council (CSE) processes -Skilled communicator who can influence, advise, and build trust with leaders and associates at all levels -Ability to travel 25-50% -Experience in manufacturing, unionized, or hourly workforce environments -Organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing priorities across multiple countries -7+ years of experience in HR, labor, or associate relations in a multinational environment -Proven ability to navigate complex, sensitive employee situations with empathy and sound judgment
