Tasks

-Liaise with clients to ensure contracts are understood and executed correctly -Track project milestones and manage contract variations or amendments -Prepare, review, and administer building contracts and related documentation -Support the pre-construction process to enable a smooth handover to site -Coordinate workflow between sales, drafting, estimating, and construction teams -Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

-High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry -Loan Market Elevate – expert financial solutions to support our customers’ property journeys -3+ years’ experience in contract administration, pre-construction, or workflow coordination (volume building experience highly regarded) -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Framework experience ideal) -Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service approach -Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
