Description

  • Disconnect single phase self-contained meters as required.
  • Advises customers regarding billing procedures and problems, appliance use and general energy conservation.
  • Prepare customer correspondence and perform other clerical office tasks to include, maintaining records, assisting other employees and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain customer records and provide data for billing of unmetered accounts.
  • Work with customers throughout designated areas to review and analyze accounts for proper billing information, obtain meter check readings, meter and multiplier verification, resolve access problems, etc.
  • Perform collection tasks as required.
  • Reconnect single phase self-contained meters as required.
