Tasks

-Leading, managing, and mentoring junior engineers. -Leading business development pursuits. -Managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables. -Designing of power plans: receptacle and HVAC and owner equipment power connections, main electrical equipment room layouts, 1-line diagrams, emergency generator and uninterruptible power systems. Panel and equipment schedules. Designing of lighting plans: light fixture layouts, lighting calculations, photometric lighting analysis, lighting controls. Designing of systems plans: fire alarm, voice/data, security, paging, and public-address systems.

What You Bring

-Understanding of NFPA 99, NFPA 70, and the FGI Guidelines as they specifically apply to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and medical office buildings. -Professional Engineering License required. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering -Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record -Minimum 5 years’ experience. -Revit/BIM experience and LEED certification are a plus.
