Provide expert heritage advice on diverse projects
Act as the heritage lead, liaising with clients and stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and support business development
Lead on heritage reports, research, and impact assessments
Strong skills in research, analysis, and reporting (GIS a plus)
Knowledge of RIBA stages 0–3 and East Anglia heritage context
Membership of IHBC, CIfA, or similar professional body
Experience managing projects and mentoring staff
7+ years’ experience in heritage, conservation or archaeology
