Overview

Front‑of‑house coordinator delivering reception, visitor services and office support.

Tasks

-Collaborate with the broader Office Services team to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistent standard of service across the workplace. -Support Arup members by assisting with access cards, lockers, mail coordination, pool car bookings, and providing general office guidance. -Provide a professional and welcoming experience to all clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. -Assist in delivering events, exhibitions, and activations while identifying opportunities for service and operational improvements. -Manage key reception duties including visitor registration, meeting room readiness, inroom service delivery, and lounge area presentation.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high standards and a polished experience for clients and colleagues alike. -Integrity, professionalism, and a proactive mindset toward improving workplace experience and service delivery. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. -Experience in a frontofhouse, customer service, or concierge role in a corporate or hospitality environment.
