Lead QA/QC, senior design review, and staff management for civil site projects

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Directs and manages staff on technical aspects of projects including coordination with all disciplines involved on projects. -Supervises and reviews assignments of less experienced staff. -Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles -Provides senior-level design review for various projects on the team and acts as a resource for technical issues. -Strengthens and further develops subject matter expertise in certain design areas. -Plans and oversees the quality review process of project deliverables. -Promotes efficiencies in producing quality work. -May assist in the preparation of project studies by completing drawings, sketching, or acquiring data. -Provides a consultative resource to clients for project resolution.
