Oversee mess soft FM services – accommodation, food & beverage, cleaning and events – ensuring compliance and quality.

Tasks

-Drive excellence in health & safety, food safety, and compliance standards. -Manage team performance, training, and development, fostering a positive workplace culture. -Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and stock control to meet financial targets. -Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times. -Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. -Lead daily operations across all Soft FM services within the mess. -Coordinate functions and events, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance procedures. -Excellent organisational, communication, and financial management skills. -Proven leadership experience in hospitality, facilities management, or similar.
