Tasks

-Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process. -Process change orders in a timely manner. -Oversee the production process of residential remodeling projects from design finalization to completion, including warranty periods. -Manage the budget-approved project-related invoices. -Collaborate with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders to finalize project designs and specifications. -Work closely with Pre-Construction and Estimating teams on new projects. -Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and time management skills. -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management within the residential construction industry. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Knowledge of construction processes, architecture, and design principles. -At least 10 years of relevant trade experience. -Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in JobTread.
