-Rotate through our different Finance business areas, including Transactional Shared Services, Management Accounting, Statutory Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering. -Complete a thorough induction programme, which includes trips to each of our airports.

What You Bring

You’ll be an excellent communicator with great analytical skills and business knowledge, from financial regulations to operational awareness. You’ll nurture relationships with our stakeholders, as well as share ideas, learnings and best practices in a collaborative environment. Ensuring that our business partnerships remain strong is at the core of this scheme, calling for all your best qualities such as personality, flair, and intellect. Throughout the Programme, you’ll have access to a wide range of professional development Programmes plus both formal and informal learning. The formal learning element, which we will sponsor, requires you to study for an internationally recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA). Lastly, to meet our security clearance requirements, you should have lived in the UK for the last three years. Be part of MAG as we take flight into a period of radical growth.
