-You will be confident leading toolbox and closure briefings with crew, whilst providing clear job details and expectations to TMO’s. -Ensure the safety of the Downer crew, subbies, and the general public

What You Bring

-Be physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks -A valid STMS warrant (be it A/B or Level 1/2) is desirable, but open to individuals with TMO qualifications -Flexibility and adaptability is required due to the outdoor nature of the role -Show commitment to safe work practises -Willing and able to train and upskill our and junior STMS’
