Licensed Journeyman Plumber for commercial & multi‑residential projects in NH.

Tasks

-Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues in complex plumbing systems, including high-capacity water and waste lines. -Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets NH state plumbing codes and local building regulations. -Commercial Installations: Install and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, apartment complexes, and mixed-use developments. -System Layout & Design: Interpret blueprints and schematics to plan and execute plumbing layouts for large-scale projects. -Train and assist: Train and assist with apprentices who are continuing to develop skills by providing and displaying great leadership skills and craftsmanship of the trade. -Fixture & Equipment Setup: Install water heaters, boilers, pumps, and other commercial-grade plumbing equipment.

What You Bring

-Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities -Good physical dexterity and the ability to lift 50+ pounds -NH Gas fitter license a plus but not required. -ability to travel as required per company needs throughout New Hampshire -Valid plumbing license as required by state law -Multi-Residential Expertise: Handle plumbing for multi-unit dwellings including water distribution, waste and vent systems, and fixture installations with superior craftsmanship of the trade. -Strong communication and customer service skills -Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation -OSHA 10 minimum
