Tasks

-Place shipping paperwork (BOL, Packing List, Commercial Invoice) -Lift work piece manually, by forklift or by dolly, and ensure the positions and secures against guides and stops. -Complies with Federal, State, and local occupational safety, environmental, health and Safety and air pollution control regulations including machine Safety and safe lifting procedure with all ergonomics safety precautions recommended by ESH specialist/Machine manufacturer. -Once orders have shipped, fulfill shipments in Visual. Provide shipping paperwork to Order Entry for invoicing -Match supplier invoices against product received and verify that the price and quantity are correct. Send processed invoices to procurement department for approval -Adhere to Sulzer safety standards of facility and actively participate in the company’s Safe Behavioral Program & Take 5. -Help to order pick. Load and unload trucks and log shipments in the shipping ERP system -Maintains clean work area, including his equipment, work supplies and materials. -Checking verifying incoming raw materials and outgoing product qty, inform to logistics / QC if any issue

What You Bring

-Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy -Understand and follow oral and written instructions -Meticulous and detail oriented -Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted -Forklift license is considered an asset -Experienced in using power and hand tools -Required: 3-5 years’ experience in a Shipper/ Receiver Role within a warehousing or similar environment -Highly self-motivated -Clean and valid Class 5 driver’s license -Ability to read and interpret production and sales orders. -Experience in safe use, storage and disposal of Metal parts/wheels/cables & cleaning the work area etc. -Able to work independently -High School Degree or GED -Basic computer skills
