Clinical Research Coordinator

Coordinate patient recruitment, consent, visits, and sample handling for clinical studies.

Tasks

-Conduct blood draws and prepare samples for shipping, without any sample processing required. -Recruit, consent, and conduct visits with patients as referred by physicians. -Manage appointments, seeing 4-5 patients per day, with approximately five hours dedicated to patient visits and three hours for administrative tasks such as scheduling and patient follow-up. -Perform patient consent, complete questionnaires, and conduct blood draws in one session. -Collaborate with and receive support from the central regulatory and data teams. -Enroll patients in the study, aiming to increase enrollment from 1,200 to 2,500 participants.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with regulatory processes and EPIC systems. -Clinical research experience in any therapeutic area. -Experience with EPIC systems is highly desirable. -Proficiency in phlebotomy and blood draw procedures. -Ability to conduct chart reviews and utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR). -Experience with pre-screening patients and patient recruitment.
