Tasks

-Effectively leading the property team to ensure efficient property operations on all levels. -Responsible for managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans. -Managing and overseeing overall operations of the property, including maintenance and office functions. -Regularly communicating with residents, prospects, and vendors.

What You Bring

-Entrata Core experience is a plus. -Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred. -Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience. -REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred. -National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) is preferred. -Minimum three (3) years of Property Manager or related experience required.
