Operate forklift to move and manage inventory in warehouse on 4‑day shift.

Tasks

-Pulls product to banding area to be banded making sure everything is labeled – showing a number on each specific unit and the number of total units and who packaged it. -Operates a forklift to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse in support of order pulling, receiving, stocking, truck loading, or for general warehouse activities. -Visually inspects aisles and makes a list of what stock is low and needs to be replenished. -Remains aware of possible hazards and maintains a safe work environment. -May restock product by moving product to bins while checking the quality of stock; tallies each bundle for system accuracy.

What You Bring

-Must have the ability to operate a scan gun for inventory control to effectively manage the movement of all products throughout the warehouse. -Must be able to safely and productively perform all essential functions, including physical requirements. -Must be able to physically handle awkward product lengths and lift weights up to 50 - 100 lbs. with assistance. -Must possess basic math skills, interpersonal/team skills, and reasoning skills. -Must be able to operate a hand-held scanner and perform all inventory control functions. -Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment. -Prior experience operating a forklift, specifically with weights 2500 lbs or more. -Must be able to pass all Novo forklift training and operate a forklift following all safety requirements established within Novo.
