Tasks

-Help develop and implement a comprehensive data and AI strategy, including infrastructure, tools, and processes to support. -Embed data and AI methodologies into daily routines, driving adoption and utilisation throughout the Project -Provide vision, direction, and mentorship to the data and systems team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. -Lead the development and deployment of data-driven analytics solutions across the Project -Identify and capture detailed requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. -Create effective relationships with the project team, supply chain partners and clients under time pressure to deliver Client and Project goals. -Project Management: Oversee data projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. -Can Lead the use of Digital Software applications and train others -Ensure best practices and processes are established with regards to data structure management and use in business processes -Problem Solving: Identify challenges and develop robust solutions to improve data utilisation and system performance. -Manage and optimise existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

What You Bring

-Deep understanding of business processes across the lifecycle -Full understanding of Design, Construction, Asset Management Stages in the Digital lifecycle -Experience of working collaboratively in either a consultant or contractor environment and delivery of a Large complex infrastructure scheme -Proven record of establishing effective relationships at all levels -Proficiency in IT and experience in multiple Digital processes on pervious schemes -Able to deliver in a collaborative manner when under time pressure -Recognised construction industry experience -Project Management qualification i.e. PRINCE2 or APMP -Highly proficient within a variety of systems with the ability to link different data -BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng, HND/HDC or qualified by experience with an understanding and proven delivery of Complex Infrastructure schemes or managing multiple schemes in a sector -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Understanding multiple digital techniques and ability to train /mentor and develop other team members -Programming language skills in either Python, JavaScript, Java, C or SQL
