Tasks

-Organize and schedule appointments -- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment. -Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports -- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist in monitoring environmental cleanup projects. -Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms -- Document project progress and maintain accurate records of activities performed. -Maintain contact lists -Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients -Update and maintain office policies and procedures -Develop and maintain a filing system -Answer and direct phone calls -Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers -- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project completion within set timelines.
