-Leading a team of LOTO Technicians/Specialists to provide the best lockout services in the industry. -Reviewing the procedures for accuracy and quality. Printing out, laminating and organizing procedures for the customer/client. -Collecting data on LOTO software and developing written procedures using LOTO software system.

What You Bring

-Good IT Literacy (we use tablets, laptops, smartphones and the latest technologies) -Proven skills in managing, coordinating, and improving team capabilities - we’re big on people development at STS. -Good communication and writing skills to develop LOTO procedures -Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills -Electrical trade or engineering qualification. -3+ years’ experience working in LOTO roles.
