Tasks
-Migrate employee and payroll data from legacy systems into Miter, ensuring accuracy and completeness -Take Home Assignment // Implementation Presentation -Partner with customers to understand their requirements, and consult on optimal Miter configuration for their needs -Proactively manage the full implementation process for your book of business, providing visibility into project status and risk -Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements that will make launches smoother and faster -Provide training and product guidance to employers and brokers throughout the implementation process -Troubleshoot and resolve implementation blockers quickly and calmly, maintaining trust with the customer

What You Bring
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for non-experts -Recruiter Screen -Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt when priorities shift -3+ years of SaaS implementation/onboarding, consulting or project management experience -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously -Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills -Customer-first mindset with high empathy and ownership
