- Manage issue logs and coordinate completion with Cx Team.
- Administer submittal reviews on systems to be Cx.
- Attend construction/Cx meetings.
- Coordinate general construction phase site visits.
- Works with the Cx team to coordinate/manage PFC with contractors to get completed in a timely manner.
- Execute seasonal testing if required.
- Execute field reporting from site visits.
- Execute functional performance testing with contractors. Utilize and train Commissioning Technician during functional performance testing.
- Implement the FPT checklist with findings and issues that may have been discovered.
- Track open issues from reporting.
- Allocate commissioning pre-functional checklist (PFC) development.
- Works with the commissioning (Cx) team to execute design reviews.
- Works with the Cx team to development the functional performance test (FPT) scripts.
- Works with the Cx team to develop the final commissioning reporting.

- Advanced knowledge of the commissioning processes and procedures for MEP.
- Commissioning certification from one of the following - ACG, AEE, BCxA, BCxP
- Associates degree
- 5+ years of experience in commissioning preferred
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communications and analytical skills.
- Ability to assist in training, coaching, and assist staff through the commissioning process.
