Assist Site Manager on housing projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.

Tasks
-Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with housing specifications, drawings, and building regulations. -Maintaining accurate site records and assisting with cost control. -Supporting the Site Manager in ensuring housing projects are completed safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest standard of workmanship. -Contributing to site meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. -Promoting and fully embracing the company’s Customers 1st campaign to continually improve the way we deal with our residents and clients. -Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on site, including trades specific to housing developments. -Assisting with site documentation, progress reports, and programme monitoring.

What You Bring
-Demonstrate a strong awareness of Health & Safety and quality standards relevant to housing developments. -Preferred knowledge of NHBC and BC would be an advantage. -Have strong organisational and communication skills. -Show enthusiasm to progress their career in site management within a leading main contractor specialising in housing. -Be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project experience advantageous). -Have experience working in a site-based construction role, ideally as a Trainee or Assistant Site Manager on housing or residential projects.
