CFE Team Leader

Overview

Lead offshore team to assemble, test, operate and maintain CFE and sonar equipment.

Tasks

-Assist the JFO dedicated project teams on project planning as and when required -Carry out and assist with training on CFE related tooling, sonar and auxiliary equipment when required both on and offshore -To be responsible for own safety and the safety of others within the workplace by working in a safe, tidy and efficient manner -To carry out various other general duties as directed and to represent the company in a professional manner -To actively participate in pre and post job briefings and to ensure that appropriate knowledge transfer takes place. -When working on company scopes of work, Direct and lead a team of technicians on the job scope, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed. -Leading remote maintenance campaigns whilst adhering to JFO procedures, policies and documentation -To ensure all work is carried out in accordance with JFO’s policies and guidelines -To become familiar with JFO and third-party equipment, to follow appropriate procedures during assembly, testing, operations, servicing and maintenance of this equipment.

What You Bring

-Previous experience supervising teams both on and offshore -Plant machinery experience -Good knowledge of subsea services industry equipment. -Must have good verbal and written communication skills. -Diesel, hydraulic, CFE experience. -You will be a time served in a mechanical, hydraulic role and ideally, you will have a qualification in mechanical engineering or similar. -Good knowledge of mechanically operated tools and diesel engines. -Experience with Gemini Sonar -Strong focus on client satisfaction. -Understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic control systems and the control components within these systems. -Knowledge of hydraulic circuits -You will need previous experience in an offshore environment.
