The Role

Overview

Handles service job creation, scheduling, tracking, invoicing and admin support.

Tasks

-Incorporate time management skills by prioritizing work assignments. -Tracking open jobs and seeing them through to completion -Serve on a rotating on-call team to respond to emergency calls, typically every four to five weeks -Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs with customers -Creating jobs, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with the scheduling of technicians -Process new contracts and renewals in electronic management system -Meeting with the service operations team regularly -Provide guidance as needed for Service Coordinator I role -Invoicing completed jobs accordingly -Use specific customer portals as needed to manage all open work orders

What You Bring

-Proficiency in schematic and service documentation -2 - 4 of administrative experience in a service-related business -2 - 4 of years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service -Must be able to handle high-pressure situations. -High School Diploma or G.E.D. -Working knowledge of business enterprise systems (e.g. FieldServio, SAP, etc.) -General knowledge of service parts and the service industry, including but not limited to basic mechanical and technical aptitude. -Bachelor’s Degree in Business -Computer literacy is required, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) -4 years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service -4 years of administrative experience in a service-related business -Proven interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers, including being a team player to create synergy within the office and company. -Must have basic math skills for computing percentages, multipliers, sales tax, and totals on parts orders. -Degree in Diesel Technology or a related field
