Tasks

-Assist in developing and maintaining detailed production schedules in collaboration with planning and production to meet customer requirements. -Assist materials team in inventory audits as required. -Coordinate with production, planning, materials, engineering and quality to maintain flow of materials to the line(s). -Coordinate and monitor the flow of materials and components between departments to align with production schedules. -Champion other production projects as assigned by manager. -Maintain inventory control and accuracy via accurate use of SAP to record material movements. -Promotes and demonstrates safe work habits. -Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve any issues related to the procurement, delivery, and transportation of materials. -Supports a company climate of continuous improvement and cost savings.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems. -Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management systems. -Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills. -Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -BA/BS in STEM or Supply Chain or a related field preferred. -2 years experience in the construction of large electrical racks. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Warehouse and inventory experience.
