Support in PROM Activities
Customer Correspondence/Review/Distribute/Ensure close out
Assist and ensure the preparation of Post Contract Award
Develop Lessons Learned for bid submissions and the bid process for wider cascade to the business via the Estimating and Proposals Managers and required close out actions if any
Monthly Review Contracts/Commercial Management Plan
Assist and ensure the preparation of Pre-Contract Award:

Ensure inputs are received from all functions in relation to any Contractual Matters
Flow Down Provisions for Procurement and Subcontract Management
Support non legal qualifications to the Contract as part of the bid submission, alignment of terms and conditions with project documentation such as scope, execution strategy, schedule, administration, etc. and identification of any relevant lessons learned from historical projects

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, legal, Commercial or Quantity Surveying and 5 years of functional experience + 2 years of experience in Contracts Management
Proficient in using contract management software and MS Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Is able to build rapport with and gains respect from employees with varied experience and background

Proven experience in contract management within the Engineering Procurement Construction and Installation (EPC/EPCI) industry, in the areas of Energy Transition, Onshore, or Offshore or Subsea and Floating Facilities (FPSO/FPU)
