Tasks

Prepare proposals, attend client meetings, and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors for drilling, lab testing, and data acquisition. Provide technical oversight and risk management across multiple environmental projects. Mentor and develop staff in both technical and leadership capacities. Supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Support business development through networking, client engagement, and industry events. Lead and manage Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), including fieldwork, data analysis, and reporting. Evaluate contaminant transport in soil and groundwater and develop remediation strategies.

What You Bring

Proven ability to manage teams and complex projects. Strong understanding of hazardous waste regulations and the Clean Water Act. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Membership in relevant technical associations. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, or related field. They are seeking a seasoned Geo-Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental due diligence and remediation projects. This role involves managing technical teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring junior staff. Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on Phase I/II ESAs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
