Tasks

-Be present on the front line every day to deliver safe and reliable service while meeting or exceeding the service expectations of our customers. -Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback and -Advance and engage workforce in the work resource management process. -Evaluate work performance of subordinates on an on-going basis and provide timely feedback and coaching to improve quality and productivity -Directly supervise subordinate personnel in spill response and cleaning of Underground Electrical Structures along with oversight of the local Waste Water Treatment Facility -Ensure that all work activities of both Company and Contractors are performed in a safe, efficient and reliable manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures by conducting Job Briefings, Safety Talks, and by conducting Job Site Safety Exchanges

-Excellent organizational skills and -Must have excellent organizational skills as well as possess strong leadership, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills. -Must enter underground vaults through manholes -Excellent collaboration and team building skills and -Must work rotating shifts, including nights, midnights, weekends, and holidays -Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Class B Preferred -Must climb ladders and stairs -Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure and -Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills and -Must travel to company locations to work on storm restoration and heat contingencies -Associate's Degree and 4 years of related work experience or -Must be flexible to handle multiple assignments and changing priorities, and must be able to exercise independent judgment to arrive at sound, productive business decisions -Must possess analytical capabilities related to cost management, excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the operation and maintenance of the electric distribution system. -Must respond to system emergencies -Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers. -Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments and -Technical\Quickly troublseshoots and resolves problems and -Must be able to demonstrate experience with procurement and contractor services. -Strong computer skills in Outlook, and Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word and Power Point is required. -Driver's License Required -Must have working knowledge of all Environmental, Health and Safety concerns and Contractor Oversight. -Must walk, stand, lift, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and/or reach -Ability to lead/manage others -Performs work independently with minimal supervision and -Possesses strong technical aptitude -Must work in an environment that includes heat, noise, confined spaces, and high elevations -Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of related work experience -High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of related work experience or -Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure -Must wear all necessary personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including; fire retardant clothing and safety harness -Must work in inclement weather and adverse conditions (i.e., excessive heat, cold, noise, confined spaces) -Effective leadership skills and -Must work at field locations in all weather conditions -Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. and
