What You Bring
Fluent in English and Arabic -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). -Must hold a bachelor's degree. -Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment. -Basic knowledge of the energy sector is a plus. -Experience working in a diverse environment within the Energy sector for a company that has a presence in over 31 countries. -Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. -Must be willing and able to travel as required for the program's rotational assignments. -Demonstrated interest in the energy sector and a passion for contributing to a sustainable future.

The Outstation Program is a two-year training program designed to immerse you in the energy field. During the 2 years the incumbent will rotate through Engineering, Health Safety Environment (HSE), and Project Management, focusing on large-scale power generation and water desalination projects across the middle east.
