Assist in managing retail/warehouse operations, staff, inventory, and customer service.

Tasks

-Respond to customer and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism. -Maintain facility standards and coordinate repairs or improvements. -Following Policies and Procedures - Ensure compliance and consistency. -Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and profitability. -Working Safely - Promote a safe and healthy work environment. -Lead and supervise daily store and warehouse operations. -Oversee inventory, cash handling, and reporting. -Championing Customer Needs - Prioritize customer satisfaction and service excellence. -Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred. -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Knowledge of building materials and retail operations is a plus. -Minimum of two to four years of industry-related management experience -Or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
