Admin support for lab: manage files, coordinate tours, handle communications, assist staff.

Tasks
-Maintains records for Engineering and Lab budgets and inventory. -Maintains office supplies and equipment, reordering as necessary. -Maintains physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible. -Submits required documentation to safety and security departments. -Ensures an organized and clean office environment. -Handles phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed. -Drafts, proofreads, and distributes communications via email and Communication Board. -Serves as a point of contact between NAIC, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. -Assists with organizing company events and gatherings. -Supports ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned. -Distributes accurate communications to lab employees. -Organizes and manages R&D files, documents, and records. -Schedules and coordinates customer lab tours. -Assesses customer needs during witness tests to ensure satisfaction. -Prepares meeting rooms, including catering arrangements when needed. -Greets and assists visitors and clients in a professional manner. -Tracks and manages office and tool inventory.

-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. -Lift up to 50 lbs., climbing, stooping, sitting, or standing for prolonged periods. -Comfortable with learning new tools or processes. -Works effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, team environment. -Possesses strong computer proficiency with experience with Microsoft Office -Uses office software (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, presentations). -Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. -Reports inefficiencies in processes to supervisors. -Office with periodic visits to the test lab and manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. -Demonstrates accuracy in document handling, data entry, and maintaining records with a high attention to detail. -Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. -Professional and friendly when interacting with clients, vendors, and visitors.
