Overview

Assist with telecom tower construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Tasks

-Assist with daily housekeeping to maintain well-organized, clean, and secure project sites, vehicles, trailers, toolboxes, and equipment. -Perform work duties related to maintaining and installing hardware and equipment on wireless telecommunication sites. -Accurately complete travel expense reports and timesheets each week. -Develop the ability to troubleshoot site specific field issues. -Develop a knowledge of tower components, tower connections, and foundations including the ability to read and understand construction documents and plans. -Strictly obey safety practices and policies in accordance with company, client, industry, and governmental regulations and policies.

What You Bring

-Possess strong verbal communication skills. -NWSA TTT-1 -Ability to operate equipment and possess the ability to identify materials, tools, and specialty equipment required to complete project scopes. -First Aid/ CPR Certification. -Must possess a valid driver's license and clean drivers record. -Ability to learn construction means and methods via hands-on training. -Ability to work well with your hands. -Ability to lift 75 pounds. -Ability to work at heights. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is preferred. -Possess or ability to obtain the following company provided certifications: -Obtain a basic knowledge of rigging techniques and principles including the ability to adhere to rigging plans. -OSHA 10 Hour. -Competent Climber/Certified Rescuer. -RF/EME Awareness. -Ability to safely perform ground and aerial construction work for telecommunication structures. -Must be able to pass a drug screening and background test.
