Tasks

-Manage indirect purchasing and maintain expense tracking -Support internal and external audit preparation -Support front office operations by overseeing entry access and buzzing in approved visitors -Deliver and track safety, quality, and EHS training -Lead community engagement initiatives (CAC) -Serve as backup for shipping clerk duties as needed -Organize site events and maintain meeting room logistics -Coordinate onboarding tasks (SAP access, training programs) -Provide administrative support including file management and report distribution

What You Bring

-Authorized to work in the U.S. -Proficient in organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities -Experience with SAP systems -Familiarity with ISO audit processes -Previous work history is manufacturing setting -Knowledge of EHS and 5S practices -1+ years administrative experience -Event planning or coordination experience -Effective verbal and written communication skills -High school diploma or equivalent
