Tasks

This role may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to provide support to our global customer base, including US-based customers. -Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions. -Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure projects, providing technical leadership and clear documentation. -Configure, maintain, and enhance network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls). -Lead systems integration across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments. -Administer and optimise virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). -Design, implement, and manage scalable IT/OT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments. -Implement and monitor advanced cybersecurity measures (zero-trust, IAM, SIEM, malware/antivirus).

In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimise robust IT and OT infrastructure solutions that support both our internal operations and our customers. You’ll go beyond day-to-day administration, applying your technical expertise to architect, deliver, and integrate technologies that underpin mission-critical energy and systems integration projects. Join us in shaping the future of energy! -Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. -Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (preferred). -Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar IT systems engineering role. -Strong technical expertise in Windows, Linux server environments, enterprise networking, cloud platforms and virtualization. -Experience integrating IT with OT systems. -Solid understanding of security frameworks (IAM, SOC, SIEM, penetration testing).
