  • Maintain up-to-date records of site documentation, including variations and RFIs.
  • Ensure accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders and project requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and document results to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
  • Support problem-solving on site by liaising with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Manage and reconcile concrete delivery dockets and materials supplied to site, maintaining delivery registers and tracking material usage
  • Implement and monitor QA processes in line with project specifications and standards.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications to provide accurate site set-out and guidance.
  • Attend site meetings and assist in daily planning to ensure program timelines are met.
  • Coordinate and review quality checklists and ITPs (Inspection Test Plans).
  • Assist the project team in coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and project documentation.

  • White Card and valid driver’s licence required.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proven experience in a site-based role, preferably within the concrete or civil construction industry.
  • Sound understanding of construction QA processes and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
