-Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and statutory regulations (GST, import duties, etc.). -Monitor lead times, stock availability, and reorder points for critical components. -Support technical evaluations and quality checks of incoming parts. -Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for Gamesa WTG spare parts and services. -Work closely with service, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs. -Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and payment terms with vendors. -Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor performance. -Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient distribution. -Maintain strong relationships with suppliers across India to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing. -Manage end-to-end procurement of spare parts and bought-out items for wind turbine service operations. -Handle both domestic and international sourcing, including import documentation, customs clearance, and vendor coordination.
-Strong knowledge of Pan India vendor landscape for wind turbine components. -4–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the wind energy sector. -Familiarity with Gamesa WTG models, spare parts catalogs, and service requirements. -Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office. -Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
