Tasks

-Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI for financial and operational insights. -Partner with commercial, finance, and project teams to resolve disputes and optimise revenue outcomes. -Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims. -Monitor and manage aged claims, rejections, and underclaims to maintain a healthy ledger and support cashflow forecasting. -Support continuous improvement by mentoring junior team members and contributing to process enhancements. -Validate and prepare data for revenue recognition and client claim submissions in line with contractual requirements.

What You Bring

-Previously experience working with Telco is highly regarded. -Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. -Experience in accounts receivable, project accounting, or similar operational finance roles. -We will consider candidates based anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. -Ability to manage high-pressure workloads and meet multiple deadlines. -Strong data analysis skills and intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including XLOOKUP, are essential. -Proficiency in Power BI and SAP are desirable; however training can be provided.
