Tasks

-Coordinate with other engineering staff on complex repairs -Respond to work orders from building occupants -Track usage of supplies and provides recommendation on reorder levels -Document maintenance activities and update Corrigo work order system -Manage tool inventory and ensure proper maintenance of equipment -Maintain organized storage areas for parts and materials -Maintain inventory of common repair parts, supplies, and materials -Prioritize and complete repairs to minimize visitor impact -Assist HVAC Engineer with routine maintenance tasks and equipment repairs -Perform routine building maintenance -Complete all mandatory safety training as required -Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance tasks -Support preventive maintenance activities for all building systems

What You Bring

-Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive -Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable -3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry in a commercial setting -Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams -Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
