-Leading the development of high-quality, client-focused bids -Defining win themes and aligning them with client needs -Working closely with the Senior Preconstruction Manager to agree on bid plans and timelines -Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to shape winning strategies -Creating and managing bid programmes and deliverables schedules
