Tasks

-Leads the development of detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to effectively manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables. -Mentors junior team members in scheduling processes, procedures, and software tools to enhance team capabilities and support professional growth. -Leads the production of baseline vs. actual schedule reports, monthly schedule narratives, and project recovery schedules. -Provides detailed analysis of schedule performance, including earned value management (EVM) metrics and forecasts. -Advises on the validation of quantity take-offs and reviews contract documents for means and methods to ensure accuracy and compliance. -Leads the tracking of procurement schedules, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, materials, and supplies as per project requirements. -Implements and manages pending and approved change orders into project schedules, assessing impacts on timelines and costs. -Strategizes the inclusion of vendor quotes with time estimates into project schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines. -Implements project schedules based on Critical Chain Methodology (CCM) to optimize project timelines and resource utilization. -Implements and maintains project documentation, including change orders, to reflect current project status and requirements. -Identify and understand the speech of another person. -Advises on technical requirements and identifies ambiguous items in contract documents, providing recommendations for clarification and resolution. -Designs project schedules with logically linked activities, ensuring appropriate predecessors and successors to avoid relationship lags exceeding predecessor durations. -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. -Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
