The Role

Overview

Lead decoking projects, manage team, ensure safety and client satisfaction.

Tasks

-Providing technical support to TAs before, during and after projects. Also performs site visits -Assuring that the assigned units and equipment are functional and properly maintained/tested. -Understanding equipment capabilities and limitations, and is responsible for project preparation: Reviews drawings, PJQ, PO, anticipates possible challenges and validates project feasibility -Processing all documentation (safety, operation, maintenance). Executes permits, LOTO, badging, -Attending pre-job, planning meetings, and discussions about project challenges -Preparing pack list for project (Launchers pigs etc) -Managing the entire decoking project, and supervises Decoking Seniors and Technicians -Scheduling personnel, equipment, logistics, and any specific project resources with the manager -Preparing safety and operation documents as required -Discussing travel and shipping arrangements with CRM, Maintenance, Management -Completing the Technical details sheet and discusses with the TA

What You Bring

-Have Decoking 101 Class certificate -Have Excellent ability to represent the company in a professional manner with regard to communicating and interfacing with clients and capable of maintaining confidentiality. -Must be customer focused, have an excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work in a team environment. -Must have the ability to travel upwards of 80% of the time during peak periods. -Have a School Diploma. Equivalent training/experience in the hi-tech, field service or petrochemical industry. Some college-related courses or technical training in Electronics, Engineering, Welding or Ultrasonics would be desirable. -Have 80% Skills qualifications for Decokers or for FTIS Techs, 1st & 2nd column -Have Decoking & HDS for Technicians Class -In order to comply with customer requirements for the use of respirators while on site performing inspections, the technician must be willing to remove facial hair. -Have 800 Hours of Decoking / Cleaning Experience -Must be able to obtain foreign work visas and national worker identification cards as required for domestic and international work.
