-Build and maintain business-to-business relationships with individual accounts -Engage daily with trade painters in person and over the phone to generate sales opportunities and enhance their success -Drive new business development by tailoring Dulux’s value propositions for profitable growth

What You Bring
-Proven skills in new business development and account management -Track record of achieving sustained sales growth and financial success -Communicate trade painter activities regularly with local trade and inspiration stores -Understand key business drivers for trade painters, including estimating, quoting, cost management, productivity, and marketing -Strong negotiation and communication skills -Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at various levels
