Tasks

-Train and upskill the New Product Development (NPD) teams in the latest quality tools, embedding quality milestones in all development plans. -Oversee product validation, testing, and inspection protocols to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. -Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS) across manufacturing operations. -Lead internal audits, manage non-conformance processes, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. -Serve as Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP), ensuring quality is integrated from the sales phase through to project delivery.

What You Bring

-You are enthusiastic about renewable energy issues and have the potential to educate and train others in energy efficiency practices. -Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. -Ability to drive cultural change and foster a quality-focused environment. -Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma. -Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
