Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of terminal buildings, terminal solutions, and forward-thinking aviation concepts to position the firm as a leader in the space.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner effectively with engineers, internal teams, and external firms to deliver integrated solutions and win work.

As the internal ambassador for aviation architecture, you will collaborate closely with local offices, client service leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to identify and pursue high-impact opportunities-especially large-scale and complex terminal projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating the firm's national presence and securing transformative aviation work.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, traveling frequently to engage stakeholders and coordinate with regional offices.

Internal Advocacy: Serve as a connector across offices, promoting best practices and aligning efforts to maximize impact and visibility.

Sales & Growth Leadership: Champion the growth of the aviation practice by identifying strategic pursuits and supporting the Aviation Growth Team in targeting key projects.
