Cook prepares and serves short‑order meals directly to customers.

Tasks

-Cleans, prepares, and keeps in order the area and equipment used in the job and other areas as assigned by the Manager. -Performs the duties of a Pantry Worker when necessary. -Uses and maintains tools and equipment in a proper manner, including, but not limited to, steamtables, coffee brewing equipment and food display cases. -Takes orders from customers and cooks foods requiring short preparation time, according to customer requirements. -Completes order from grill and/or steamtable and serves customer. -Orders, receives and stores necessary food and supplies and maintains related records. -Complies with the rules of Dining Services in regard to production and serving. -Observes and practices safety standards.

What You Bring

-Previous experience as a Pantry Worker a plus. -High School Diploma or its equivalent.

Benefits

-Salary Range: $21.34 - $23.29
